Budget2010:irrational view 2

1. Provide more than 16,500 cr for Railways: Isn't it equivalent to increasing tariffs, just that the collection mode is different.Only showing good face in railway budget. Why do they don't want to make growth of railways self sustainable.

2.NREGA allocation hiked to Rs 40,100 cr: No review of rampant corruption here???

3.Hike allocation for school to Rs 31,000 cr: Will now we will be able to see teachers in classes teaching to students?

4. Textile Ministry to train 30 lakh workers over 3 years: create such job opportunities first.

5.

7.
Weightage deduction on R&D increased to 200%: Will that really encourage R&D or will give a path to avoid tax. Companies of high morals!!!!

Budget 2010:irrational view

1.Union Budget 2010-11: Fiscal year 2009-10 was a challenging year | The second challenge is to consolidate growth and make it inclusive, the third challenge is bottlenecks in the public delivery mechanism:is minister talking about rampant corruption in public delivery system.

2
There is need to review public spending: does that mean we need to check whether public spending reaches to public or it reaches to public servants.

3.
Govt in a position to implement Direct Tax Code in 2011: Yipee we are only 1 year late so far.

4.
Govt to spend disinvestment money on social infrastructure: That means disinvestment money is going to be idle for a long time as everybody knows how time bound our social infrastructure projects are.

5.Oil Ministry to take up oil price decontrol soon: That is really a tough decision, poor MrFM. Loosing vote bank or rational thinking??

6.To extend Green revolution to Eastern India: every inch increase in land where green revolution is going to do only benifit...gud work.

7.To maintain the thrust of infra growth: What it means, we are going to complete old projects or new projects to be put in never ending implementation phase.

Jeeo aur jeene do!!

Everything is getting easier with the use of latest technologies.Still what is missing is the mental peace. The improvements in communication and commutations is making the world a small place still the man is left with lesser time for himself. The medical facilities and latest research is making treatment of complex diseases easily accessible, still diseases are not reducing.
Why is that man is not able to find peace even though he is living in the materialistic comforts? Why in this world man is running and running, running after something while he does not what that "something" is .
Though when a man starts running he feels that that "something " is money or fun at parties or big cars, exclusive bikes or stay at luxurious hotels or roaming around the world or name in news paper. Still then he finds that he is not satisfied. That's same with everyone and that's why ambani's and mittal's keep working, likes of gate and buffet donate what they have earned over years.
So what should be that "something" that will stop a men's marathon of endless or unspecified dreams. Well people say all these running stop when mind is at peace. But then the real question is how to bring mind at peace. While some people get peace by listening to music, some get peace by working hard, while others get peace by taking a break from their work, some get it by regularly going to temple or to spiritual gurus. but believe it or not to get peace every one indulges himself in another activity/ies. Again these activities starts snatching the peace of your mind and doesn't allow your mind to get relaxed and so a man starts looking for a new activity to get that small piece of peace.
So should man stop working or indulging in activities. Well no ,because for some it will create existential problems while for others the life will be boring without working and his mind will start looking for some activity. So a man have to indulge himself in some or other activity. And therefore if mind doesn't have any activity it starts looking for activity and if has many it starts looking to leave them.In this vicious circle a man's mind will keep on moving.
So there is no way to get out of this vicious circle? Definitely no, but still if a man doesn't disrupts other persons' activities, the other will feel a bit relaxed even while doing his activity. So by not being a barrier in others activity we can be a help to the human kind.
I Will just say " Jeeo aur Jeene Do".

Today!!!Tomorrow!!!Never

This blog is not about the thought "do it now". Its about "enjoy it now". Very well said dialouge from the movie rang de basanti "ek paer past mein aur ek paer future mein hai isliye hum aaj pe mootte hain" , encompasses the mentality of most of the people. Everybody has so many reasons to worry about. If all the loss that occurs because of these worries in a day-health, money, time and morals can be summed up; I feel it will be more than the loss accrued in stock market even if market falls by 500 points.
How many people live a worry free life???? rather how many people can say that they live a worry free life??? Well for most of the people the answer would be no....this is because somebody has problem with the neighbours, the bosses have problem with their subordinates and vice versa, in laws v/s inlaws problem, time problem, machine working improperly problem, then their are people who have problem of thinking that their machine will break, some want to change past while some other want to create future of their dreams, some have dreams as there problem and some have problem of no dreams and the more talented have no sleep problem.
whats the way out? I think no way is there to escape this basic instinct of humans. so people will say "I am pessimistic." But truly i feel there is no way to escape this but definetly there are people who can turn these ill thoughts into energy. As they say energy can neither be created nor be destroyed it can only be transformed....thats why some people transform the heat loss(time, money, etc.) to rotational energy(motivation) and moves far ahead of others. Definetly this transformation whether is considered art or science needs to be practised, needs to be built upon to lead that cheering happy life!!!!
Well dont take to much load about what is written here because this write up wants you to live a worry free life.

how people perceive failure???

Different people have different perception. why???
It is because of culture, lifestyle, upbringing, education, instinct, grooming over the year, situation faced over the year. Depending on the above factors, the way people react to failure is different. With the little experience I have, I would like to categorize people in 5 different types with respect to this issue.
1. Happy go lucky
2. Tension+
3. pretending happy+
4. pretending happy -
5. depressed
6. joker

happy go lucky: these r the people who r less bothered about result, they have carefree attitude, are not very serious about the particular issue.

tension+: these r people who are very serious abt the result, take a lot of pain to succeed and try their best to overcome the failure but always regret the particular failure.

pretending happy+: these people don’t let the sadness encroach their face or behavior but internally they r very strong and they keep on doing hard work and try to change the wind in their supporting direction.

pretending happy-: these people try to hide their sadness in happy face, but actually their heart is choked and they had lost the courage to fight back.

depressed: these r those people who had lost their courage and their failure can be seen on their face.

joker: these r the most complicated lot. it is very hard to predict what going inside them but to the outside world they r crowd puller, they do very funny things enjoyed by all.

why do these people react so differently to failure, this is because of the perception.

for some the failure is not a obstacle but a stepping stone, they learn from it and fights back.

for some end is not important but the journey is and they don’t give a damn to failure and keep on doing their work.

for some the work itself is not important and they don’t give damn to the work itself.

for some people every thing is so important or they r passionate about everything they do and for them it is very hard to digest failure.

for some people who had always live in a protected environment, to face failure is very hard and their reaction is uncivilized instinct. It can be a serious fight to win or surrender to the situation.

in this way all the factors discussed initially plays a important role in shaping the perception and as well as shaping the response.

at last i wud like to end the discussion with the statement "in ur good or bad time, keep reciting god's name, because whether god exist or not, his name gives u strength to fight the failures." And never leave ur dear ones who failed because that’s the time when they need u the most and remember u may be at the other end someday and u may feel the same need.
